Why Do You Use Soy Wax for Wax Melts?

Soy wax is a renewable, biodegradable resource that provides a clean, long-lasting scent experience while being kinder to the environment than paraffin-based alternatives.


Why Do You Use Coconut Wax for Candles?

Our candles are crafted using luxurious coconut wax, selected for its clean burn, exceptional scent throw, and beautiful creamy finish. Coconut wax burns slowly and evenly, allowing you to enjoy your fragrance for longer while creating a stunning candle experience.


Are Your Products Vegan Friendly?

Yes. All of our waxes are vegan-friendly and biodegradable, making them a conscious choice for your home.


Are Your Products Cruelty Free?

Absolutely. None of our products are tested on animals.


What Is a Wax Melt?

Wax melts are a flame-free alternative to traditional candles. Simply place a wax melt in the dish of a wax burner and allow the heat source below to gently melt the wax, releasing fragrance throughout your home.

Unlike candles, the wax itself does not evaporate. Once the fragrance has been fully released, the remaining wax can be removed and replaced with a new scent.


How Long Do Wax Melts Last?

The longevity of a wax melt varies depending on the fragrance and burner used, but most of our wax melts provide many hours of beautiful fragrance before needing to be replaced.


How Do I Remove Used Wax From My Burner?

The easiest method is to light an unscented tealight beneath your burner for approximately 15–30 seconds. As the wax begins to loosen, gently push on one side and the wax should pop out in one piece.

Once removed, wipe the dish clean before adding a new wax melt.


Why Does My Product Look Slightly Different From The Photos?

Every item is hand-poured in small batches, making each one beautifully unique. Slight variations in colour, decoration, or appearance may occur, but this does not affect the quality, fragrance, or performance of your product.


Why Is There Frosting On My Wax Melt?

Frosting is a natural characteristic of soy wax and may appear as white crystalline patterns on the surface of your wax melts. It is completely normal and does not affect performance or fragrance in any way.

In fact, frosting is often a sign that your wax melts are made with natural soy wax.


Why Is My Candle Sweating?

During warmer weather, you may notice small beads of oil or moisture on the surface of your candle. This is known as sweating and is completely normal.

It does not affect the quality, fragrance throw, or performance of your candle. Simply wipe away any excess moisture or enjoy your candle as normal.

When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details where applicable.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom and do not offer international or EU shipping.


Returns Policy

We offer a 28-day return policy. This means you have 28 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

What Should I Do If My Order Arrives Damaged?

While every order is carefully packaged, occasionally damage can occur during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
